Crafted with tradition, fired with passion. Experience authentic Neapolitan pizza and fresh pasta made from recipes passed down through generations.
Avvio Kitchen was born from a deep love for Italy's culinary heritage. Every dish tells a story — from our slow-fermented Neapolitan dough baked in a wood-fired oven, to our hand-rolled pasta and house-made sauces built on seasonal ingredients.
We believe great food begins with honest ingredients, patient craft, and a kitchen that never cuts corners.

— The Avvio Kitchen Philosophy
Absolutely the best Neapolitan pizza I've had outside of Naples. The dough is perfectly charred, the San Marzano sauce is exceptional, and the atmosphere takes you straight to a trattoria in Italy.
The Cacio e Pepe alone is worth the visit. Hand-rolled pasta, perfectly balanced pepper heat, and cheese that coats every strand. Genuinely the best pasta I've eaten in India.
