You can reserve a table online using our Reservation page, by calling us at +91 96677 86624, or by sending us a message via our Contact page. Online bookings are confirmed within the hour during business hours.
Can I make a same-day reservation?

Yes! Same-day reservations are welcome, subject to availability. We recommend calling us directly for the fastest confirmation. Walk-ins are also accepted but availability cannot be guaranteed on busy evenings.
What is your cancellation policy?

We ask that you cancel at least 4 hours before your reservation time. For parties of 7 or more, please give us 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations may affect our ability to accommodate walk-in guests.
How far in advance should I book for weekends?

Friday and Saturday evenings are our busiest. We recommend booking at least 3–5 days in advance to secure your preferred time. Sunday brunch slots also fill quickly.
What makes your pizza Neapolitan?

Our Neapolitan pizza follows the strict AVPN tradition. We use 48-hour cold-fermented dough made with 00 flour, San Marzano DOP tomatoes, fior di latte mozzarella from Agerola, and bake at 485°C for just 90 seconds in our authentic wood-fired oven imported from Naples.
Is your pasta made fresh in-house?

Absolutely. Our pasta is hand-rolled every morning by our pasta chef using Italian 00 flour and fresh eggs. We make tagliatelle, pappardelle, tonnarelli, and filled pastas like ravioli and agnolotti fresh daily. Quantities are limited.
Do you have a set menu or tasting menu?

We currently offer an à la carte menu across all dining periods. For private events and large group bookings, we can curate a set menu experience. Please contact us at least one week in advance for private dining arrangements.
Do you cater to vegetarians and vegans?

Yes. We have a dedicated Vegetariana section on our pizza menu and several vegetarian pasta and antipasti options. Our team can also adapt many dishes for vegan guests — simply inform your server at the time of ordering.
Can you accommodate gluten-free guests?

We offer a gluten-free pizza base on request. Please note that our kitchen uses flour extensively, so we cannot guarantee a fully gluten-free environment — there is a risk of cross-contamination. Guests with severe gluten allergies should inform us before visiting.
How do you handle serious food allergies?

Please inform us of any allergies when making your reservation and again when ordering. Our staff are trained to handle allergen queries and will liaise directly with the kitchen. For severe allergies, please call us in advance.
Can I host a private event or birthday dinner at Avvio Kitchen?

Yes! We can accommodate private dining for groups of 10–30 guests, with a curated menu, dedicated service, and optional wine pairing. Please contact us at least 2 weeks in advance. Email avvio@avviokitchen.com with your preferred date and guest count.
Do you offer corporate dining or catering?

Is there parking available?

Yes, parking is available in the vicinity of the restaurant. We will share detailed parking information along with our address when the restaurant opens. You may also use local app-based parking services in the area.
Do you take walk-ins?

We do accept walk-ins subject to availability. However, given our popularity — especially on weekends — we strongly recommend reserving in advance. A small number of bar seats are always reserved for walk-in guests.
Do you offer takeaway or delivery?

Yes — takeaway is available during all opening hours. Delivery through Swiggy and Zomato will be available from our opening week.
